Terms of use
Last updated: 24 September 2026
These terms cover your use of kasluwork.com.au and the Kaslu Work waitlist. Kaslu Work (“we”, “us”) is a sole-trader business based in New South Wales. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
These terms don’t cover the Kaslu Work app itself. When we offer you access to the app, it will come with its own agreement, which you can read before you sign up.
The waitlist
- Joining is free and doesn’t commit you to anything.
- Joining doesn’t guarantee you access to Kaslu Work, a place in any particular order, a start date or a price. We’re letting venues in a few at a time, and we choose who to invite based on fit and timing.
- Only sign up with an email address that’s yours or that you’re allowed to use for your business.
- You can leave at any time by replying “unsubscribe” to any of our emails.
- We may change or close the waitlist at any time.
What we say about the product
Kaslu Work is still being built. The site describes what we’re building and what we plan to add, including features marked “coming” or “soon” such as the WhatsApp shift bot and accounting, payroll and point-of-sale integrations. These are our current plans, not promises: features, integrations, platforms and timing may change or be dropped. Screens shown on the site are examples and may not match the finished app.
Information, not advice
Our blog and build log share general information about rostering, time and attendance and running hospitality venues. It isn’t legal, employment, payroll or tax advice. Awards, pay rates and workplace laws change and depend on your circumstances, so check with the Fair Work Ombudsman or a qualified adviser before you rely on anything for your business.
Using the site
Please don’t:
- sign other people up without their permission, or submit false or automated sign-ups;
- try to get around the sign-up form’s bot check, or send it spam;
- try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or the services behind it;
- copy large parts of the site to pass off as your own, or use it for anything unlawful.
We may remove a sign-up, or block access to the site, if we believe someone is breaking these terms.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can’t be excluded.
Subject to that, the site and the waitlist are provided free and “as is”. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee it will always be available, error-free or up to date. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, revenue or data, that comes from using the site or the waitlist.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what we collect when you use the site or join the waitlist, and how we handle it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and we’ll change the date at the top when we do. The version on this page when you use the site is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
