Clock-in without a shared iPad.
Plenty of cafés clock staff in on a tablet by the register. It works until someone taps in for a mate, or the tablet goes flat on a Saturday morning.
- Each person’s own phone. Staff clock in from the Kaslu Work app, signed in with their email and a six-digit code. No shared PINs.
- Only at the café. Draw a boundary around the café. A clock-in from outside it is held for you to review.
- Location only at the tap. The app reads location when someone clocks in or out, and at no other time.

Is Kaslu Work worth it for a single café?
It works for one venue: rosters, swaps, geofenced clock-in and timesheets are all there. It’s built with hospitality groups in mind, so if you open a second café later, nothing about your setup has to change.
Can staff clock in on a shared tablet instead?
Kaslu Work is built around each person clocking in on their own phone, so the location check means something. Staff sign in with their email and a six-digit code.
Does Kaslu Work calculate award rates or run payroll?
No. Kaslu Work records the hours your staff actually work and gets them approved. Your payroll software works out the pay. Approved timesheets export to CSV today, and sending them straight to Xero, MYOB and Employment Hero / KeyPay is on the way.
